    <title>Tutorial Example</title>

      <listitem>The setup_sms.vspx sets up the SMS sending unit.</listitem>
      <listitem>The handler.vspx does inserts/deletes/updates to demonstrate the SMS sending from triggers.</listitem>
      <listitem>The redcoalsms_dom.cs is an HttpWebRequest SOAP client using DOM to process SOAP result.</listitem>
      <listitem>The redcoalsms_dom.dll should be installed as a private assembly (not as CodeBase) because of permissions.</listitem>
