<h1>ODS General Terms and Conditions</h1>
<p>Welcome to OpenLink DataSpace (ODS), owned and produced by OpenLink Software. Inc. ODS Web Applications provides a portal to OpenLink Software products currently consists of various web pages at or linked to the URLs http://www.openlinksw.com, http://virtuoso.openlink.com, http://usa.openlinksw.com, and http://myopenlink.com collectively referred to as the "OpenLink Software" product portfolio which may expand or change from time to time).</p>
<p>ODS provides a leading Blog, News, Wiki, File Sharing, Photo Gallery and Mail and other applications that include comprehensive Web search, Web navigation, communications and personalization tools. Integrated, the applications help each individual create a Web presence and manage information tailored to his or her personal interests.</p>
<p>Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new Products and Services (as defined below), including the addition of new ODS shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.</p>
<p>OpenLink Software makes available a variety of products and services through ODS (collectively, the "Products and Services") subject to these General Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). In addition, there are a variety of special products and services offered through the OpenLink Software that may have separate registration procedures and separate terms and conditions, terms of service, user agreements, or similar legal agreement. When you are using any service or product on ODS that does not have a separate legal agreement, the Terms and Conditions set forth here will apply. OpenLink Software also may supplement the Terms and Conditions with posted guidelines or rules applicable to specific areas of ODS. In addition, the OpenLink Software and ODS also may offer other services from time to time that are governed by the terms of service said agreements.</p>
