Given an object ID or a row identity string returned by row_identity, 
retrieves the actual row.

id:	A row identity string or object ID object.

Is_exclusive:	If non-zero, the row retrieved is locked exclusively. 
This is useful when intending to delete or update the row in the same transaction.

<title>Note:</title>
<para>NULL if returned if there is no row referenced. This can happen 
if the identity was retrieved in a previous transaction and  the 
row was deleted afterwards.
