Ben Greears vlan patch

This package includes Ben Greears vlan patch.
It adds a protocol driver which is able to process vlan packets.
Besides that it contains the NICE patches which makes it possible to
use NICE enabled drivers. In that case it uses hardware vlan tag insertion
and removal.
For now the vlan and nice patches are still seperated. If you just use
PATCH_THE_KERNEL=YES, both patches will automatically be applied, but
if you want to give a patch list instead, use
50-vlan,51-vlan-fixes,51-vlan-nice in your list.
If you just want Ben's original patch, only use 50-vlan.
