VRweb for Debian

By default, VRweb is configured to use Netscape for http links. If you
want to set it to Mosaic (the only other choice), change the Xresource
to Harmony.Scene*mosaic: true. Although Recommends dependencies would be
the right thing, only Suggest dependencies on Netscape and Mosaic are
used to avoid moving VRweb into contrib.
The default resource file is /usr/lib/X11/app-defaults/Harmony, however
it seems to be ignored by the program. I hard coded the default to
reflect the current Debian Distribution.
The default help and the default fonts directory are now sit in
"/usr/share/doc/vrweb/help" and "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/vrweb/fonts"
