.TH wavren 1 "May 2002"
.SH NAME
wavren \- rename a bunch of wavfiles
.SH SYNOPSIS
.B wavren
.RI [first-output-track-nr]\ [extension]
.br
.SH DESCRIPTION
WavRen is a quick hack which allows you to rename a bunch of wavfiles
(or other files) without having to type "mv 02.wav 01-songname.wav"
for each file. Tracks can be renumbered automatically. There may be
better tools around to do this but it is a neat companion to WavSplit
and helped me to transfer my gramophone collection to CD.
