wdm for DEBIAN

This is wdm, a WINGs based xdm replacement. Its code base *is* xdm,
anything xdm does, wdm can do.

I used the author supplied xdm source (3.3.2) and applied Debian
patches by Branden Robinson and others. This program should by
bug-by-bug compatible with the "standard" xdm distributed with Debian.

All the configuration resides in /etc/X11/wdm; please read wmd.options(5)
