Additions to the EGL Specification
None.
New Behavior
To request a display that performs no rendering and has no platform
dependencies, the value of EGL_PLATFORM_ANGLE_TYPE_ANGLE should be
EGL_PLATFORM_ANGLE_TYPE_NULL_ANGLE.
