Help, this does not work!  What am I missing?

How to add a new test program
- create the directory under .../programs
- add the directory to WINEROOT/programs/Makefile.in
- add the directory to WINEROOT/configure.in
- when creating the diff, use -N to force the entire text to be included in 
  the diff
