_Description: Usage of wipl-client-java 
 wipl-client-java is a remote client that uses wipl-client-inetd to
 display statistics about a running wipld daemon from a remote host.

 In order to use it, you have to enable wipl-client-inetd (either
 by commenting out the corresponding line in /etc/inetd.conf or by
 running `dpkg-reconfigure wipl-client-inetd'), to put the provided
 jar file (/usr/share/wipl-client-java) in your web root (or setup
 an alias in /etc/apache/httpd.conf) and connect with a browser
 to the provided example web page.
