- the animation of shade puts ImageMagick in a weird state
- during startup, transient windows should be miniaturized with their owners
not in their own icons
- in focus follow mouse mode with autoraise, it is possible to
put window raising in a endless loop. (maybe fixed? please take a look. Dan)

- shaped windows don't resize very well
