Bugs surface after some upgrades thanks to Gijs.
- xmmsc_result_get_dict_entry_int32 should be
xmmsc_result_get_dict_entry_int
- xmmsc_result_get_dict_entry_str should be
xmmsc_result_get_dict_entry_string
- xmmsc_playlist_shuffle needed a NULL pointer to apoint the active
playlist.
