<h1> Why is WorkMan 1.4b3 obsolete? </h1>

WorkMan used to be developed and maintained by <a href="mailto:koreth@midwinter.com">
Steven Grimm</a>. This has changed. And the <a href="mailto:milliByte@DeathsDoor.com">
new maintainer</a> decided to re-start development from the latest stable version of
WorkMan. The latest stable version of WorkMan at the point of changing hands was
version 1.3a. However, some changes made in 1.4b3 will hopefully be included in a later
release of WorkMan.
