The .orig.tar.gz is copied from the apropriate tag in upstream
hg repository.

Some files were removed, as they are rebuilt or not needed:
- pre-built binaries for DOS, Linux, Windows, OS/2.
- configure script and config.h.in
- trn files from sources.cc/cp_lib
- locale files for cs & de
