The tarball is actually tar-in-tar and needs to be unwrapped to be useful.
Steps to update the repository to a new upstream version:
* Fetch and unpack the upstream tarball (outside the repo dir)
* cd repodir
* mk-origtargz -v 2.2.0~rc2+repack ../wsjtx-2.2.0-rc2/src/wsjtx.tgz
-> this renames wsjtx.tgz to the proper name
* gbp import-orig --pristine-tar ../wsjtx_2.2.0~rc2+repack.orig.tar.xz
* dch -v 2.2.0~rc2+repack-1 "New upstream version."
Unless listed below, manpages in the debian/ folder are from the upstream
tarball:
