As of 0.14, this package includes as a component `xeus-python-shell`. In
earlier versions this was part of the `xeus-python` repository, but was
subsequently moved to a separate repo. However, I think they're sufficiently
closely associated it makes sense to bind them into one source package instead
of creating a new one for their internal python library.
