REQUIREMENT:

  bdfresize (version 1.4 or later)
  http://openlab.ring.gr.jp/efont/dist/tools/bdfresize/

1) Configure the tools and Makefile.

	(NOTE: you can specify the target font directory with
	'--with-fontdir=DIR' flag.)

		$ ./configure

	(If you want to merge naga10 fonts,

		get converted naga10 archive at
		http://openlab.ring.gr.jp/efont/unicode/naga10.tar.bz2

		extract the archive in this directory.

		run 'configure' with '--enable-naga10' option.

	Please do not redistribute 10 px fonts if you merge naga10
	fonts.)

2) Making PCF fonts

	To make all font files (i.e. normal, bold, italic, and bolditalic)

		$ make

	To make BDF font files only

		$ make bdf

	To make normal font files only

		$ make normal

	To make normal and bold font files only

		$ make normal bold

3) Installing PCF fonts.

	After making PCF fonts, Copy the files by 

		$ cp *.pcf.gz FONTDIR

	Update 'fonts.dir'

		$ mkfontdir FONTDIR

	If font path contains FONTDIR then 
	
		$ xset fp rehash

	or, you can add FONTDIR to font path by type as below.

		$ xset +fp FONTDIR
		$ xset fp rehash
