Xkeysw is a keyboard layout switcher for X-windows. 

Its main features are: 

- Per-window switching. You can have different layouts in different windows.
- Unlimited number of layouts.
- Flexible switching. Any layout can have its own "hot keys" for
  switching to other layouts.
