These sources need to be merged with the unix sources in th directory
above.  The result compiles with Borland C++ 4.0 and seems to work
Because of the small system stack the byte code compiler cannot be
compiled from scratch under MS Windows, but it can be compiled by
starting with .fsl files created elsewhere.
