XmCreateHTML creates an instance of a XmHTML widget and returns

a Gadget;

<dd>Specifies the name of the created widget;
<dt>arglist
<dd>Specifies the argument list;
<dt>argcount
<dd>Specifies the number of attribute/value pairs in the argument
list (arglist);
