xpcd (2.04-3) frozen; urgency=low

  * Better way to teach xpcd the "sysrc"-location (old solution made compilation
    fragile) (fixes parts of bugs no 26613 and 27464).
  * The gimp version is now variable. This fixes the other part of bug #26613.
  * Changed dependency to xaw3dg to recommendation; which is the right
    thing to do, as xaw3d is a drop-in replacement. (I made it "depend"
    because (my) binaries with former standard xaws used to crash; now
    this only looks unnice...) This fixes the other part of bug #27464.
  * Menu entry position changed from Apps/Graphics to Apps/Viewers.
