is a small utility that displays its input (stdin by default) in a
text box on your root window.

A summary of options is included below.

the geometry of the window (default 80x10+0+0)

the font to use (default fixed)

foreground color of the text (default white)

background AND-mask for shaded transparency (default clear)

split window into number of text columns (default 1)
