Description: Display Scottish tartans
 Xtartan is a program that displays Scottish tartans (check patterns) in
 an X window or the root window. It can write the images to files for use
 on WWW pages etc. There is a library of over 240 tartan setts (really
 spelled with a double t) included with the program, and you can also add
 your own.
