yasgml: Yet Another SGML mode for Linuxdoc-DTD only

For each user, remember to add this code below to his or her .emacs:
(setq yasgml-author "Your name and E-Mail address")
For example:
(setq yasgml-author "Takashi Nishimoto (g96p0935@mse.waseda.ac.jp)")

Current psgml can handle Linuxdoc DTD as well as DocBook DTD,
so you don't need this unless your system is too slow to use
psgml mode. If you need DocBook DTD support, psgml will be
reasonable option for you.
This yasgml is just for easy start up with linuxdoc-dtd only.
