Currently, all four arguments are required if you do not have a ~/\&.zecrc\&.

The first is the name of your country\&.

The second argument is the representative of your country\&.

The third is the resolvable hostname or IP of the server to which you wish to connect\&.

The fourth and final is the TCP port number of said server\&.
