MXVERIFY-CGI is a WEB CGI utility to test target domain
	reachability in SMTP sense. See:

		http://www.zmailer.org/mxverify.html

It can be compiled without compiling the *entire* other
	ZMailer -- do just:

		./configure --prefix=/usr ( --with-ipv6 )
		cd utils/mxverify ; make

The resulting binary is runnable without the ZMailer.

The supplied driver page at utils/mxverify/mxverify-cgi.html
is a sample you can use as a model for your own -- at least
the ACTION reference should be pointing to your own instance..
