LDAPUserSatellite - Add: Create a new LDAPUserSatellite object

    Description

      The LDAPUserSatellite provides a way to add roles in the context
      where the LDAPUserSatellite is situated. It works in conjunction
      with a LDAPUserFolder to add roles to existing users, depending
      on the context the user requests access to.


    Controls

     'Title' -- The (optional) title for this object

     'LDAP User Folder' -- Select the LDAPUserFolder where the Satellite 
       will look for user objects

     'Add' -- Instantiate the LDAPUserSatellite.
