zsnapd for Debian

Based on zfs-snap-manager. This is a native systemd Python daemon

Edit the .conf files in /etc/zsnapd, particularly datasets.conf

Have a look in the /usr/share/doc/zsnap/examples directory, and in
README.md.gz for documentation and instructions.
